Good decisions need good data. Track a few metrics well instead of many metrics poorly.
Start with these KPIs:
- Organic visits: Are your SEO efforts working?
- Conversion rate: What percent of visitors become leads?
- Cost per lead: Which channel brings affordable leads?
- Lead to sale rate: Are leads becoming customers?
- LTV vs CAC: Are you profitable over time?
Review weekly. Improve one area at a time for steady growth.
